What is the standard delivery timeline by THE DARKLAND (managed by White Falcon International Foods)?
We require 0–1 business days to process and dispatch your order, and another 1–6 business days for delivery.

How much shelf life can I expect on your products?
All of our products are clearly marked with a best before or expiry date.
A best before date is about quality, not safety — when the date has passed, the food may lose flavor and texture, but it does not immediately become unsafe. Most of our products, especially candies, chocolates, coffee, and gum, have a long shelf life.
Can I place a bulk order?

Is Cash on Delivery available on all orders?
No, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any orders.

In the rare case that any item is missing due to unexpected circumstances, we will either refund you for the missing items or resend them — based on your preference.
